When to Arrive
Registration desks open from 8:30 AM each day. Arrive 45 minutes before your first session to collect your conference kit without a rush.
Badge & Kit Collection
Show the QR e-badge from your email at the registration desk to collect your printed badge and conference kit in seconds.
Finding Your Hall
Main Hall — keynotes & ceremonies. Halls A & B — parallel free paper sessions. Gallery — e-posters & video presentations.
Parking & Entry
Delegate parking is available on-site. Enter through the Main Gate and follow the PAPSCON signage to the registration foyer.
Meals & Prayer
Lunch and tea are served in the dining area for all delegates. A dedicated Prayer Area and Rest Lounge will be clearly marked on the venue map.

Your Certificate & CPD Hours
Attendance certificates with PMDC CPD Credit Hours are issued after the conference — collected on-site or emailed to registered delegates.
